First i'd liketo say i'm sorry there isn't a lot of pictures i blog mostly at work when i have nothing to do and i don't have pictures at work... ok...
So anyone who has a kid in daycare or school has received some sort of note about their child. Most of the time the short notes are good and the long notes... well not so much.
Kyson has been a handful at daycare lately because he is the oldest in his class its time for him to be moved up to the 2 yr old class but there just isn't room right now. so notes lately have been things like "kyson climbed on the table and fell and chiped his tooth" or "Kyson was great but..."
When i picked him up from daycare one day i get a note on his chart. It was a long note so in my head i'm thinking "oh great what did he do now who did he bite or who's fingers got shut in the door he had to open..." I get in the car and read the note:
"It was so funny Kyson put his drink on the bench and walked away. a few steps he stop turned around and pointed to his cup 'stop right there cup don't move'.
I don't think i've ever laughed so hard.

The new word this week is… Therapy…
Yes kyson learns more than one word a week he comes up with new ones daily but this one just cracked me up. Therapy. He says it more like ER A PEE, but just the same it is hilarious. So why is my (almost) 2 year old saying therapy…
I’ve mentioned my kids a chicken right… WELL my mom has decided he just need to get used to those things he’s terrified of… So we’ve started therapy. It seems to be making progress.
We are starting out with the blow dryer and working our way up to tractor. So randomly we will take him into the bathrooms of the house (because he has to get used to all the blow dryers not just one) and turn on the blow dryer. It has become some sort of family event sometimes and I’m proud to say Kyson has worked his way up (with a lot of encouragement) to touching and sometimes holding the blow dryer. Vacuum Therapy seems to be working best. He got really brave and actually started vacuuming things. Now he has decided the vacuum isn’t that bad he even makes sure to say hi to the vacuum if the garage door is ever opened.
So last night Kyson was being his crazy self and while eating dinner mom asked him if he needed blow dryer therapy. He looked right up at her and said “noo no blow dryer therapy”. Then she asked about vacuum and tractor therapy and the same response… “Noo no vacuum therapy, no tractor therapy” for the rest of the night he would randomly remind me he did not want therapy that night. He likes to remind me of things like that just so I don’t even offer! Crazy Boy!
