Kyson is a Daredevil he Jumps all over the place, spends hours going up and down stairs, and loved to be thrown around. One time he jumped off our foot rest and managed to do a flip, he decided that was cool so he spent the next 30 mins trying to do the same thing... with the result being a lot of bonking on the floor.
Now we are lucky enough to have Lisa in our house. Lisa had this Brilliant idea to teach Kyson that Bonking his head is funny. So instead of Crying and being sad when he bonks his head my son stands next to the wall or falls off the foot stool and says BONK and laughs about it. THANK YOU LISA!
He's Been Lucky enough to go to Disneyland 3 times in the 22 months he's been alive. He drove on Mr. Toads Wild ride. He Went on Pirates of the Caribbean and the "Ghost House" and many other rides...
So how is my kid a chicken??
Well my Mom got a "tractor" a few years ago. Its one of those riding lawnmowers/ snow remover/I'm sure it had a million other neat things it can do. Anyways Mom tries to get things done in the afternoons so she took Kyson outside so she could mow the lawn. Kyson Ran onto the porch and jumped onto the swing. He hid his head in his hands. It took one time around the lawn and my mom couldn't take it anymore. He looked so pathetic and scared. Since then Kyson will talk your head off about tractors he says hi to the tractor he says good night to the tractor. With a little encouragement we have gotten him OK with sitting on the tractor. But the whole time he will yell at you "don't turn on" "To Loud" "No Key".
Last week was Art City Days in Springville. They set up a Carnival and rides all that jazz. I thought it would be fun to take kyson. Apparently he is not a fan of little girls screaming their gutz off. And standing in line for the Ferris wheel the closer we got the more scared he got. I did manage to drag him on the merry-go-round but he wouldn't sit on the horse he had to be held. It was a major adventure...
He did enjoy the fireworks though... when he wasn't falling asleep... Maybe next year!
